COVID-19 Update
To our friends around the world,
Our thoughts are with you and your families during these uncertain times. As you are aware,
circumstances are changing by the hour, but as we continue to better understand the spread of
COVID-19, we want to do all we can to ensure the safety of our worldwide customers, family,
employees, and suppliers.
As a small business, we are in a great position to remain ‘business as usual’, but this does mean
we are taking extra care around the workplace and when interacting with delivery companies
and third-party visitors. We have cancelled all travel, all meetings and all non-essential activities.
We will continue to fulfil online orders for as long as we can. We are, like many online retailers,
completely dependent on our delivery network, so as long as they operate, we will too. We will
also continue to accept, process and deliver wholesale orders in order to ensure stockists remain
well stocked.
For our international partners, retailers and distributors, we are working with them to ensure stock
is delivered as usual.
As the COVID-19 situation changes, our plans may too. In the meantime, staying connected with
others is more important than ever, even when we are unable to be together in person, so we will
continue to connect with you through our digital channels, at the same time trying
to spread some positive vibes.
